JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Translate company documents between Vietnamese and English.
• Assist with investment-related paperwork (company establishment, license changes)
• Guide clients through mandatory insurance processes
• Support clients work permits and visas for foreign employees.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree: University majoring in Language
• Having at least 1 year experience in working in Japanese company.
• Language: Good at Japanese (JLPT N2) and English
• Gender: Female
• Good to have: experience handling work permit or insurance

BENEFITS

• Salary: from 15 -> 25 mil depending on abilities .
• Working time: 8:30 – 17:30
